  • Co-Founder

During a family trip to Kenya, I had the chance to visit the Nairobi National Museum and learn about human origins and prehistory. Seeing the famous 1.5 million year old Turkana Boy skeleton sparked thoughtful conversations with researchers about science versus religion. In this deeply religious society, many still favored biblical beliefs over scientific evidence about human evolution.

This experience kindled my interest in bringing people together through philosophy and ethics. Museum researcher John Mwangi and I started Prehistoric Kenya Tours to expand understanding of our shared roots, bridging divides. I oversee operations, strategy and our global clients - uniting people worldwide through ancient wisdom.

  • Co-Founder

I'm John Mwangi, archeologist, researcher, conservationist, and co-founder of Prehistoric Kenya Tours. As a scientist, I uncover human origins. As a guide, I ignite wonder about the ancient past.

I joined the National Museums of Kenya in 1994 and now lead key scientific divisions. Though often in the field, my joy is sharing discoveries - whether through youth conservation camps I host or by guiding tours. Join me to rediscover your place in the web of life that connects us across time. I look forward to sharing my passion for our shared ancestry.
